Any additional fees (i.e. congestion charge, tolls, parking fees) will be added to the final cost of the move and must be paid on the day of the move. Failure to make payment may result in a delay or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move. A cancellation fee may apply if the notice is given less than 48 hours before the scheduled move. Any deposits made will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation.
